the best brainfood breakfast is baked beans on toast!..
next best is marmite on toast….
and the after-lunch nap gets it’s rightful recognition as being good for the brain and a boost to the amount and quality of the afternoons’ output…
you’d think more progressive companies will eventually provide nap rooms for their staff….
and of course the ultimate admonition re the brain is use it or lose it….
