these are desperate times for national….the response to their expected king-hit tax policy hasn’t been up to expectations..and brash continues to stick his foot in his mouth with an almost monotonous regularity..
so it must be time to play the race card again….get those fires burning again…..
brash really is turning out to be quite a shabby little man..isn’t he..?.he gives every appearance of being happy to flog off his grandmother if it would give him a small blip in the polls…
even his own can see this and are turning on him..(see rightwing economist gareth morgan on the inflationary/interest raising effects of nationals’ tax chimera..)
brash deserves everything he is going to get on polling day…if only for his repeated playing of the race card…(he could safely leave that to the extreme righties in the national front..eh..?)..it is extremely distastful that the leader of one of the major parties should be sounding like the national front have written the parties policies on maori..
after his defeat brash can then slink away to well-earned ignominy/obscurity….and we can all hope he takes those divisive/damaging policies of hate/envy with him….
isn’t it strange how we love the haka…and more than some of those moved/stirred by that manifestation of our cultures…will, in the next breath, bash maori with impunity…go figure..
