as an inspirationl example for the rest of this new blogworld media, news blog Crikey! has been running with this one, and they have now spoken to the biggest advertising buyer in australia..
he first ducked the issue, but then got back to Crikey! saying if these allegations are true, he will be “..the angriest man in australia”..
we’ll see how this one unfolds, and then we (or someone else from the blogging community), could frame a list of questions for our print media…..
i’m sure ad buyers here would also be pissed if they found out they and their clients were paying inflated advertising rates based on fudged circulation figures…y’know, giveaways counted as sales; suss invoicing; that sort of stuff….mmmmm..
