as i sit at the hub of my nascent media empire, i have the dubious delight of looking on the h.q. of the new zealand herald,
(think ‘the office’).
i have often admired the heralds’ admirable attitude towards protecting the environment/harbour, so am somewhat dismayed to note that smoking employees of that august organ, after they have had their hit, fire their butts into the gutter/onto the footpath in a decidedly cavalier manner. (did i see the environmental reporter out there the other day?)
and where do they go from there? down the drains and into the aformentioned harbour.
do you think herald management should/could lead by example and supply and regularly empty some sand filled containers for their smokers?
