(it took 40 minutes to get to question two..that and the absence of anyone who matters has made this question time a bad joke..this is the only opportunity for this window on parliament, and it is so infrequent, you’d think being there would/should be a high priority…questiontime is too precious to democracy to be jerked around this way)
