it is cruel – it is expensive – it does not work – universal-payments with a top-up facility would allow us to disestablish most of this government department/these frontline shock-troops of neoliberal fuck-the-poor! ideology..
and of course when we do away work and income – all those big flash buildings (in even the poorest of towns) currently occupied by winz can be turned into community education/support-centres..
