(ed: of course the same anti-labour bias is seen in the new zealand media..
the most recent glaring example of this was patrick (‘squeeg’) gowers’ attack-dog interview of andrew little last week – and his conversational-interview of bill english this week..
as different as night and day – they were..
and its’ still unclear if ‘squeeg’ did or did not give english a neck-rub after the interview..
(rumour has it that ‘squeeg’ used to regularly give key foot-rubs..)
i would also point out to readers the ‘related story’ at the foot of this piece – where in july last year i point out how/why labour will lose the election in september this year – and as yet i have seen nothing to alter that opinion/call..
the utter gutlessness in labour (manifested by grant robertson yesterday) on the cannabis-issue – just the latest example/confirmation of my july ’16 stated reasons..)
The media is attacking Jeremy Corbyn far more than Theresa May through the election campaign – according to a new analysis.
A ‘considerable majority’ of the reports on Labour are critical of the party and its manifesto – a report from Loughborough University claims.
Newspapers are being far more balanced in their coverage of the Conservatives the report said – with positive and negative reporting balancing each other out.
