ed:..on todays’ episode of the nation we got the first glimpse of the next government in action..
..and it was a pleasing sight..
..andrew little..james shaw..and winston peters all demonstrated the mutual respect needed for this coalition to work..
..they seem remarkably in agreement on the problems we face..and on solutions..
..i am surprised by how much i am cheered by this first outing of the government to replace these ideologically-bankrupt tories and their various sucker-fish..
..all did well but shaw must be singled out for a standout performance..
(i liked his lowering of business and personal tax paid for by real carbon taxes..and i can see the general public also liking that idea..)
..but in the main he seemed to be on to it..knowing what he is talking about.
..and that perception is very important..
..but like i said..they all did well..(peters railed against inequality..which i liked..)
..and tho’ little/labour no doubt felt that they should be interviewed separately/on their own..not bundled in with the greens and nz first..
..he also deserves congratulation for accepting this new coalition environment/reality..
..and the benefits for him and the others will flow..
..as i will not be the only one to notice this new spirit of co-operation..
..of this government in waiting..in operation..
..finally presenting us with the alternative we/the country need(s)
